Presently under construction, Dexter Yard will serve as South Lake Union’s newest development of its size when completed in 2021. The project features an open, community-centric design to create a unique environment and the first floor retail will complement existing neighbor hood amenities and residential communities. Dexter Yard, which consists of two 15-story towers can accommodate both technology and life sciences users and is designed to flexibly configure multi-tenant spaces while offering a high-quality corporate image.
