Wateridge Pointe was acquired in 2019 to expand BioMed’s presence in the Wateridge Business Park given its close proximity to Wateridge Circle. Wateridge Pointe represented an opportunity to selectively reposition existing vacancy as well as the broader campus to a higher and better life sciences use, which will be strategically implemented as existing leases roll over the next several years.
